Pre-Orders

Occasionally, we have items available for pre-order. Please read our pre-order policy carefully before placing your order:

50% deposit is necessary for pre-order.

Once the order has been placed, your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. This order has been made especially for you.

All pre-orders are subject to availability from our suppliers; hence it's possible we may not have the item available at the time of placing our order.

If the item is not in stock, you may use your deposit as a store credit for in-stock items or request a refund.

As mentioned above, deposits are refundable ONLY if the item is not in stock at the time of placing the order.

This is the only instance Luna Llena Boutique will make a refund. For all regular orders, only store credit is available.
